Responding to Theresa May's Government reshuffle, Andrew Allison, Head of Campaigns at The Freedom Association, said:
"After yesterday's onmishambles of a cabinet reshuffle, the Prime Minister will have been hoping for better headlines today as she reshuffled her junior ministerial team. I doubt she'll get any.
"She has tinkered too much and moved ministers to different departments without any apparent coherent strategy. Although we welcome Suella Fernandes' appointment as a junior minister in the Department for Exiting the European Union, it is still not clear if she will be the promised 'No Deal Minister'. If she is, as an Under-Secretary of State, she will have very little clout to get anything done.
"This was Theresa May's opportunity to stamp her authority. It is an opportunity that she failed to grasp".
